This 5 day Kidepo Valley National Park will take you on an unforgettable adventure into one of the most remote places on earth, Karamoja. You will get to enjoy wildlife in the Kidepo Valley as well as meet the Karamojong people who live around the national park.

Day 1. Arrival at the Entebbe International Airport

Day 2. Transfer to gulu via ziwa Rhino sanctuary

Day 3. Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park & community cultural tour

Day 4. Game drive and hot springs

Day 5. Transfer back to Kampala

 

Detailed itinerary.

Day 1. arrival in Uganda at Entebbe international airport

With a warm welcome, your driver guide will pick you up from Entebbe airport upon your arrival and transfer you to the resort where you will have your overnight get enough rest to embark on the true wilderness the next morning.

Depending on the time of your arrival, you may have time to explore Entebbe town, located on the shores of Lake Victoria, visit the botanical gardens or the zoo and many other places that you may be interested in.

Day 2. Transfer to gulu via ziwa Rhino sanctuary.

You will be picked up by your driver guide at 7 am after a sumptuous breakfast. Then comes the exciting and rewarding road trip through the beautiful Ugandan countryside via the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking or nature walking/bird watching with a lunch stopover along. a very comfortable safari lodge will be waiting for an overnight in Gulu.

Day 3. Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park &community cultural

After a delicious breakfast, embark on a road trip to the wilderness of the Kidepo Valley National Park which is a 3-4-hour drive. check-in at the lodge, refresh and wait for lunch. After a delicious local dish embark for a community cultural tour. You will have the opportunity to buy locally fabricated arts, entertainment engagement, and an entire way of living in the Sun region

Day 4. Game drive & hot springs tour.

The day awaited finally gives us a bright sunrise to embark on the wilderness and feed our eyes with excitement. after an early relaxed breakfast embark on a game drive in the Kidepo Valley known for its excellent and diverse biodiversity. It never disappoints with vast wildlife encounters including roaring lions, elephants, a variety of bird species, ostriches, cheetahs, great and lesser kudus, caracals, and buffaloes among others. But it is not only the wildlife, the scenery alone is breathtaking. Return to the lodge, refresh and wait for a delicious meal

After lunch embark on a tour to the hot springs one of the unmissable destinations. Return to the lodge for an overnight with a blast campfire and a flow of cold wine along your throat. It’s just amazing

Day 5. transfer back to Kampala.

After a marvelous sweet relaxed breakfast, check out at the lodge and transfer back to Kampala. This marks the end of our safari.
